Who is a candidate
Good fit:
- Early laxity, dullness, dehydration or "tired-looking" skin
- Sun-spots, uneven tone or melasma wanting a gradual, non-aggressive route

Not the right route — and we will tell you so:
- Active skin infection, an acute acne flare or open lesions in the treatment area
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (for most of these agents)
- A goal that genuinely needs surgery or an energy device — we refer rather than oversell
- An expectation of one-session transformation; these build over weeks
Recovery
There is no real downtime. You may have small injection bumps, mild redness or the odd pinpoint bruise for a few hours up to a day — makeup is usually fine the next morning. You recover in a lounge, not a ward, and we ask only that you skip heavy exercise, saunas and alcohol for the rest of the day. Results arrive quietly over two to six weeks as collagen and hydration build; a course is spaced in sessions a few weeks apart, and we review your progress on video for twelve months.
What it is not
This is the honest laser resurfacing alternative — the destination for a lot of device searches. People arrive asking for laser resurfacing, CO2 laser, or a PRX-T33 chemical peel. HEC does not own a laser, radiofrequency or any energy device, and we do not perform chemical peels. We are not hiding a machine — we simply do not use one. What we offer instead reaches the same goals — collagen renewal, smoother texture, brighter and more even tone — by stimulating your own biology from within, rather than injuring the surface to force it to heal. It is gentler, needs no peeling-and-hiding recovery, and builds gradually. If your goal truly needs ablative resurfacing, we say so plainly and point you to the right setting instead of selling you an injection.
The package
Skin-quality work is sold as a planned course, not a one-off: your mapped combination of biostimulators, the agreed number of sessions, aftercare, and twelve months of video follow-up with the supervising team. Each course carries one number, set in your 24-hour specialist-signed plan — never a figure quoted before we have seen your skin. An optional hotel night can be added for out-of-town visits, and the whole thing runs as a single daycase day at our JCI- and TEMOS-accredited Istanbul clinic, part of Bahat Medical Group since 1994.
